All food is delivered in insulated hot boxes and will keep food hot up to 4 hours. You can place hot boxes on table with lid off and serve out of hot box. Remember the heat you have is only in the food so once you take the lid off you will lose your heat, so keep the lid on as long as possible. Please return hot boxes when event is complete.
